A Night to Remember
The inaugural Guts and Grace Gala was held on March 7, 2015 at the home of Jeannine Rivet and Warren Herreid. More than 100 guests came to raise money for the Mezin-Koats Colon Cancer Research fund.
The evening’s festivities included a Silent Auction with over 30 items – ranging from a deluxe suite at the Gophers football game to dinner at noteworthy local restaurants and original artwork.
A Live Auction during the banquet’s dinner featured six premier experiences, including a VIP-style day at a Minnesota Twins game, a deluxe countertop makeover courtesy of Cambria, and a private dinner party with a celebrated chef.
Over $100,000 was raised during an evening filled with love, hope and a desire to change the future for people battling this disease.
